Release 1.9

Release 1.9 includes minor enhancements and bug fixes that have been requested by our customers. Many of these enhancements are designed to give you more tools available to display your content.

Minor Features ✨

Clone Tools

Any tool in the system can now be cloned to the same, or another project. When cloned, the tools will be created in the new project, without all of the content intact. 

This can be used as a starting point for new surveys or pages, rather than starting from scratch.

Rich Content Block Text Update

We received feedback that the "Html Content" block was a bit confusing, so we have renamed this to "Rich Content" block.

Customise Submission Confirmation Message

You can now customise the message the is displayed to a user when they submit a survey or other participation tool. This can be set at a site level in Settings, but can also be overridden on a tool by tool basis.

Site Splash Message

We have added a new feature that will allow you to set a fullscreen "splash message" for users who visit your site for the first time. This will prompt them to continue to the site, and only display the first time that they visit.

Full Width Background Group Block

When creating content and using groups, you now have the option to set a "full width" background, to make that particular block of content stand out. This can be found when adding a new Group.

Fixes 🔧

• We have fixed an issue when pasting in images to a content block, where there was a chance that it would paste twice
• We have improved the error messaging and validation in the Map Builder and Hotspot screens
