Manage your basic site pages
Find your basic site pages
To find your existing basic site pages:
- Click Content in the left-hand menu bar. This will show you all the content and engagement tools that apply to your site.
- Click Pages. This provides an overview of all existing basic site pages.
How can the public access basic site pages?
Basic site pages can be added to either your main navigation or footer navigation.
To find out which pages are currently part of the main or footer navigation:
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu bar.
- Select Menus in the left hand navigation.
- Click either Main or Footer navigation.

Create a new basic site page
To create a new basic site page:
- Click Content in the left-hand menu bar.
- Click Pages to see a list of all existing basic site pages.
- Click on the + icon located on the right hand side of the screen.
- Give the Page a Title, short Summary and add main page content to the Body. Add an image if required.
- For more content options, click Add block or Add Group. Click here to find out more about content Blocks and Groups.
- Click Publish.
Edit an existing basic site page
To edit an existing basic site page:
- Click Content in the left-hand menu bar.
- Click Pages to see a list of all existing basic site pages.
- Search or scroll the list to find the page that you want to edit.
- On the right hand side of the listing, click on the ellipsis to view the extended menu. Select Edit.
- When you’ve finished your changes, click Publish.
Delete an existing basic site page
To delete an existing basic site page:
- Click Content in the left-hand menu bar.
- Click Pages to see a list of all existing basic site pages.
- Search or scroll the list to find the page that you want to delete.
- On the right hand side of the listing, click on the ellipsis to view the extended menu. Select Delete.
- At the prompt, confirm by clicking Yes, Delete this page. (This action cannot be undone.)
- Your page is now deleted.
