Change your password
To update your password in District Engage:

Login to your District Engage website.

In the top right of the screen, click on your username, then select Manage profile.

Enter your current password, and your new password.

Confirm your new password.

Click Save.
Lost password
To recover a lost password:

On your District Engage website, click Login.

Click Forgot password.

Enter your email address. If you have an account, you will receive an email with a prompt to change your password.
Resetting your password
Two-factor authentication
You can choose to enable or disable Two-factor authentication (2FA). When 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted for a token to authenticate your identity. This secure, random token is generated by the Google Authenticator app on your phone. Click here to find out more about 2FA.
If you are not sure if you need to enable 2FA, please contact your District Engage administrator.
