When a project is unpublished, all project data, analytics, revisions and submissions are archived, and will no longer be viewable to the public.
A project may be unpublished because:
- It has been delayed
- The project has finished and no longer requires online visibility.
Projects set to unpublished can be republished at any stage.
To unpublish a project
- Log in to District Engage.
- Click on your username, then Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu bar, click Projects. This will show you a list of all the projects you have access to.
- Click the Title to open a project.
- Select the Edit tab.
- Click the dropdown arrow on the Publish button to update the publishing status. Select Unpublish.
- In the pop up window, click Confirm.
- Your project will now be hidden from public view.
