Edit project maps

Editing a project map

To edit an existing project map:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Projects. This displays a list of all existing projects.
2. Click on a Title to open a project.
3. In the project sub-menu, under Content, click Maps. This shows all the maps available for this project.
4. Click on the Title of the map you would like to edit. This will open the map Preview screen.
5. Click the Edit tab and make your changes.
6. Click Publish to publish your map.

Unpublish a project map

To unpublish an existing project map:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Projects. This displays a list of all existing projects.
2. Click on a Title to open a project.
3. In the project sub-menu, under Content, click Maps. This shows all the maps that already exist for this project.
4. Click on the map you want to unpublish. Click the Edit tab.
5. At the top right of the screen are your Publish options. Choose Unpublished from the dropdown menu.
6. Write a Revision message to record why you are making the change.
7. Click Confirm.

Delete a project map

Note: If you delete a map that is used as a content block on a project page, the map won't longer display on the project page.

To delete an existing project map:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Projects. This displays a list of all existing projects.
2. Click on a Title to open a project.
3. In the project sub-menu, under Content, click Maps. This shows all the maps available for this project.
4. Click on the ellipsis icon of the map you would like to delete.
5. In the dropdown click Delete.
6. A confirmation window will appear. To delete the map, click Yes, Delete this Map.
7. Your map will now be deleted.
